WILLIAM H. MCCABE, III

Principal

Bill founded Kincora Development, LLC back in 2009 for the express purpose of developing and managing community, lifestyle, and power centers primarily in the New England, northeast Pennsylvania and upstate New York.

Prior to forming Kincora Development, LLC and shortly after graduating with an MBA from Babson College, Bill began his career in real estate in the Boston office of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.  It was while at CBL that Bill gained valuable experience in multiple aspects of retail development including permitting, leasing, tenant coordination and construction management.

When not working in real estate, Bill can be found volunteering at Shultz Guest House, a dog rescue shelter located on 200-acres in Dedham, MA or walking with his own two dogs, Lucy and Hazel.

MARK D. MANCUSO

Principal

Mark began his career in the retail development industry while pursuing an MBA from Harvard University and earning his degree in 1984. After learning the fundamentals of leasing while an intern at The Pyramid Companies, Mark transitioned to leading the entitlement process for several regional mall projects sponsored by Pyramid.

In 1989, Mark joined CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. as a vice president of development to help establish the New England office for CBL. During that time, Mark led the CBL team to develop supermarket anchored community centers, power centers, and lifestyle centers over a 24 year period. At CBL, Mark worked with Bill McCabe for 11 years prior to Bill establishing Kincora Development.

Mark rejoined Bill at Kincora Development in 2013 to continue to source development project opportunities as well as acquisitions with redevelopment potential.
